The same honest read on conditions that we text to skiers also tells us where the crowds and lift lines are. We're bringing that to resort operations.
We're building this now, in the open, starting with the questions that matter most to ops teams:
Computer vision on webcam feeds to estimate queue depth in real time, so staffing and terrain decisions can be made on what's actually happening, not a guess.
The same conditions data that drives our skier texts also flags the slow days and the surge days ahead of time, useful for parking, F&B prep, and dynamic-pricing inputs.
Because our skier product is honest by design, resorts get a demand channel skiers actually believe. A "conditions look great, go" text on a slow Tuesday works because we've never oversold a bad one.
We're early, and we're talking with resorts now about what's genuinely useful before we build more of it. If you run a mountain and want in on that conversation, we'd like to hear from you.
